Aged in selected French oak casks for 14 months and for another 32 months in the bottle before reaching the market, in order to polish the tannins of this very special wine.
Deep, intense, bright coloured. The first olfactory sensation is of intense fruity aromas, ripe red fruits and balsamic notes. The aromas of French oak are accentuated in the retronasal olfaction when we notice a perfect combination of fruit and the smooth aromas of cinnamon and cacao, with a light touch of vanilla. On the palate, sweet tannins appear, a full, high-glycerol wine with plenty of body.
When it is more oxygenated, dark chocolate and balsamic notes are perceived. Its long aging process in the bottle has rounded this wine that can be defined as extraordinarily complex. Entrechuelos Premium 2010 is the result of a magnificent vintage combined with a production that has been meticulously carried out, to the last detail.
