Aged in selected French oak casks for 12 months.
CLIMATOLOGICAL DATA OF THE YEAR
A special year in all senses of the word: a fairly dry winter and a relatively warm summer. Before ripening, the bunches of grapes were thinned out to allow the vine to develop to its full potential, with yields of less than 5500 Kg / Ha. A meticulous harvest, plot by plot, was a determining factor in the quality of this wine.
An intense deep cherry colour and expressive violet tones. In this wine we have blended four different grape varieties, Syrah-Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon-Tempranillo. The coupage of the different varieties was carried out to ensure that each variety gives the wine the balance it needs, and thus on the nose, we find plenty of ripe red fruit with balsamic, spicy overtones and toasted and jammy aromas.
On the palate it has an elegant entrance with sweet tannins and very balanced acidity, its evolution is long and complex, and the finish returns again to its full fruitiness. The French oak is totally integrated and only appears to intensify the rest of the aromas that these grape varieties provide.
